ဆရာများအတွက်တတ်ကျွမ်းမှုစံသတ်မှတ်ချက်အညွှန်းဘောင်တွင် ထည့်သွင်းစဉ်းစားရမည့် ကောင်းမွန်သောသင်ကြားခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ အရည်အသွေးများနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းတတ်ကျွမ်းမှုဆိုင်ရာ စွမ်းရည်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးအစတွင် ဆရာများ၏ လက်တွေ့လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်ရာ၌မျှော်မှန်းထားသည့် အတတ်ပညာဆိုင်ရာ အလေ့အထများကို ရှင်းလင်း ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။
