This course will prepare student teachers with the competencies required to teach Science through the values and attitudes of the Basic Education Curriculum for creating the types of citizens Myanmar envisions. This course will enable student teachers not only to develop critical thinking, creative and problem-solving, questioning, collaborative, and science process skills but also to apply them with their students and facilitate their interest in Science. Moreover, they will design lessons linked with daily-life experiences, and assessment practices and provide feedback. This course integrates both subject and pedagogical content on various topics_ living things, matter, energy, earth, space, and the environment.
