How Offline Feature Works
Step 1. Only after the "Offline" button is turned on or enabled, the courses taken(basic information) will be stored in the device database and storage. Therefore, you need to turn on the “Offline” button first. Once the "Offline" button is enabled, all the course information(in brief/basic information) in "My Courses" will be saved automatically.
Step 2. If you want to retrieve all the details of a course, you need to connect to the Internet and view all the sections attached to that course. If a course has assessments, they will be saved automatically. The other parts are needed to be viewed with the Internet connection and videos and other resource files should be downloaded.
Step 3. If a course has assessments, view all the sections before the assessment section and then cut the Internet. Then close (kill) the MTP app and re-open it. If you visit to "My Courses", you can still view all the courses you have taken. But, among them you can only retrieve the courses you viewed while you had the Internet. If you click "Previous" or "Next" buttons, you can save that part to your phone and notice your progress percentage is increasing. After completing all the sections attached to the course, you can access and answer the assessment questions and it will save the answers on your device. The final submission of the assessment requires you to reconnect to the Internet.
Step 4. After you reconnect to the Internet, your progress percentage and completed sections saved on your device will automatically be saved on the server.
