Over the last 7 years, the Strengthening Pre-service Teacher Education in Myanmar (STEM) programme advanced efforts to mainstream equity and inclusion in teacher education. In this video, we explore the various initiatives undertaken through STEM that equipped educators with the skills and competencies to create classrooms where every student, regardless of background or ability, can thrive.
